Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Unfortunately We do not offer exchanges. If you're looking to return and get a different size please initiate a return. We then suggest ordering the item you want immediately to avoid it selling out.


Email us at within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund and provide your order number. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the order. (domestic orders only) You'll then have another 7 days to ship the item back to us. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving of the return.

  • Buyer must include the original packing list
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way
  • Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date and ship the item within 14 days of receiving it.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. In the event of any error on our part, it will be corrected at our expense. Email us at 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you MUST contact us within 7 days after delivery if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Items returned to us AFTER the 7 day period WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
